Both candidates have some worthy ideas for consideration in this area and I think that eventually (regardless who wins) that a melding of both points will occur. The government helps by pointing a direction and following up with quality enforcement and lower tax rates will help in affordability. Of course, the Congress will have to get on board, and that might be the biggest challenge of all.
